Site plans for Epstein's private tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally featured in this latest document release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing different areas of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring designs for dock shelters.
More materials made public as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
